Hey heres a gun now go fight on the front line……

I have been training a new employee all week to do my job at another store. They just hired her new to the company a week ago and expects her to do grasps everything about Lowes in a week then train to do RTMs. Crazy what the retail world does to people. I think I saw her head about to explode several times this week. RTM ( Return Merchandise – Getting credit for all things return that are not good products anymore) takes knowing the company pretty well. She on the other hand does not know anything about the company except what you learn in basic training. So …. it has been a hard week for both of us. Next week I will be in her store “cleaning ” up her RTM cage and getting her started on a good start. Pray for me because I have heard bad rumers about their receiving.
