Week One 4HBX Food Diary

Last weeks food intake by the day:

Monday:

Breakfast: Two egg white with one whole egg scramble with 1/3 of can of black beans with a spoon full of rotel added for flavor.

Lunch: 2x A beef hamburger patty on a salad bed with black beans and Balsamic Vinegar dressing.

Snack: A small bowl of pinto beans (was hungry because Family was eating brownies)

Dinner: A beef hot dog and a beef hamburger in Madras Lentils

Snack: a small bowl of Veggies( Broccoli Cauliflower Carrots)

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Two egg white with one whole egg scramble with 1/3 of can of black beans with a spoon full of rotel added for flavor plus 3 slices of turkey bacon.

Lunch: Kong Pow Chicken and Veggies @ Famous Cajun Grill

Dinner: Beef Fajitas Salad minus the crunchy bowl with romaine lettuce @ Rosa’s Cafe like this but with beef. 🙂

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Two egg white with one whole egg scramble with 1/3 of can of black beans with a spoon full of rotel added for flavor plus 3 slices of turkey bacon.

Lunch: Sorry forgot to write it down but did make a black bean salad (BBS)

Dinner: Sorry forgot to write it down also. Most likely a Tex-Mex meal.

Thursday:

Breakfast: Two egg white with one whole egg scramble with 1/3 of can of black beans with a spoon full of rotel added for flavor plus a turkey hot dog .

Lunch: Two hamburger patties and Normandy Blend veggies and the BBS

Dinner: Pork chop with Normandy Blend veggies and peas with a salad.

Friday:

Breakfast: Two egg white with one whole egg scramble with 1/3 of can of black beans with a spoon full of rotal added for flavor plus 3 beef breakfast sausages. 🙂

Lunch: Beef Jerky ( I was on the road)

Dinner: 4 eggs (2 whites and 2 whole) with the rest of the BBS thrown in and some salsa

Saturday: DGW

Lots of stuff….

Sunday:

Breakfast: Two egg white with one whole egg scramble with 1/2 of can of black beans with a spoon full of rotel added for flavor

Lunch: Taco salad

Dinner: Beef roast and Normandy Blend veggies
