I am going try the 4 Hour Body Experiment for the month of January and seeing how it goes I might stick to it for awhile. Now I am not endorsing all of this book or even some of this book. I found the things Tim Ferriss has said about losing weight intriguing and wanted to experiment with the “Slow Carb Diet”. Now I do not own fancy equipment to monitor my process but I got a Weight Watcher’s scale from my job at Lowe’s that will give me an incline of a clue. Here are the numbers below.
Weight: 253.6 lbs
Body Fat: 37.5%
Now I will post weekly results with the food I ate every Monday.
